PICKING UP A VEHICLE:
Proceed to the lower baggage claim area. After claiming your baggage, go to the PAYLESS CAR RENTAL booth in the row of car rental agencies along the back wall. Tell the attendant you need a shuttle to their parking lot. From there, proceed outside to the shuttle pick-up location. Look for the PAYLESS CAR RENTAL van, which is a white van with red, yellow and blue stripes.
At the PAYLESS lot, go in the building and give the attendant your name and tell him that a vehicle has been left for you by A&M Specialists . You will be handed the keys and an envelope containing all necessary information.
RETURNING YOUR VEHICLE:
Take I-85 to Billy Graham Parkway. Stay on Billy Graham Parkway to the airport. Keep right to Rental Car Rd. Turn left. Payless is 100 yards to the right.
To return your vehicle, it is simply a reversal of the above steps. Put the vehicle in the designated A&M location and leave the keys with the attendant in the PAYLESS building. In the envelope you received upon pick-up, there will be a blue envelope containing parking pre-payment expense money for the drop-off fee.
