From the gate or baggage claim, go up one level to the Sky Bridge (level 4). Cross Sky Bridge to the parking garage. Go down the escalator to the 3rd floor. Go to the transportation curb and look for the blue and white shuttle marked Thrifty . The shuttles usually run every five to ten minutes. Inform the shuttle driver that A&M Specialists has left a vehicle under your name. The driver will stop at the main gate where you will pick up an envelope with your keys and exit ticket. The vehicle's location will be listed on the envelope.
